Here’s a couple of links to follow up. I’ve found out about Jane Perrone’s blog this week. It’s very useful with loads of good information and many many links to other blogs and lots of interesting internet sites. I’ve also been finding out lots about a new arts project in London called Look Both Ways. Look Both Ways works in the medium of arts, theatre and poetry to get people to think about their environment. I’ve been having a great email conversation with Helen Babbs, one of the organisers, who also works for London Wildlife Trust. She’s put me in touch with a theatre company who perform a play about Rachel Carson. Rachel Carson blew the whistle on chemicals in her book Silent Spring, and inspired millions of people to find a more sustainable way of growing food.
